The Mission of the Center

 

The Center for Engineering Leadership and Learning (CELL) will serve as a national resource for the engineering profession, communities, and the community at-large. The mission of the center is to:

Develop leadership, management skills, and experiences of future engineering graduates

Perform critical research studies on the science of learning and teaching engineering leadership

Develop academic programs, courses, and instructional materials to support the area of engineering leadership

Provide training and professional development in the area of engineering leadership for practicing engineers
